House Rules

Most guests should find our house rules simple and common sense but just so you know, here they are:

Complying with these House Rules at the Vacation Rental Property is a requirement of the Rental Agreement. Failure to adhere to the rules may result in penalties such as deductions from the security deposit.

• Please ensure that any visitors also comply with these House Rules and any reasonable instructions from the Property Manager, Vicky (07710
  348205), during their stay.
• Please help us maintain good relationships with our neighbours by keeping noise levels conversational after 10pm and before 8am.
• Should there be any disputes or complaints from neighbours please notify the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable.
• Guests are responsible for the safety, security and supervision of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance they may cause.
• Please make sure your pet(s) do not disturb or endanger occupants of neighbouring properties. Damage caused by pets will lead to a
  compensatory deduction from the security deposit.
• Guests are allowed a maximum of six visitors at any time during their stay.
• Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance during the booking process and may be subject to an additional fee.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the Premises.
• Parties and events are prohibited.
• Please segregate recycleable waste (e.g. paper, card, plastic, glass) and other general waste.
• We cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage to your property while on the Premises, including your vehicle(s). We strongly suggest you arrange suitable insurance to cover the risks.
